    LIGHTING INSTITUTE FOR THEATRE TEACHERS
    ​SELF-PACED TUTORIALS REGISTRATION FORM
    Once you have completed a course, you then own it and can use it with your students.
    An invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration.
    Please allow two business days after registration to receive your invoice.
    Invoices will come from a “squareup” address; our payment processor.
    ​We accept Visa, Mastercard, district P-cards, personal checks, district checks.
    REFUND POLICY
    $10 of each tutorial fee is non-refundable to cover processing.
    100% of each remaining tutorial fee is refundable up until the time the course materials are emailed to the student.
    50% of each tutorial fee is refundable for 48 hours after receipt of the tutorial materials. All materials must be returned and a non-disclosure affidavit submitted.
