RCD
Rand Consulting and Design, LLC, and it’s owner Elizabeth Rand, along with any employees or contractors, is the parent company of PRESETT (Practices and References for Employees and Students in Educational Technical Theatre) and The Light Lady, and is the owner of the TMT (Theatre Management Training) course, and the LITT (Lighting Institute for Theatre Teachers) courses, as well as the website www.PRESETT.org, and all the information provided therein, including downloads and freebies (‘free information’). All of which are hereafter referred to at RCD.
RESULTS
Obviously we’d love it if every school theatre could score a perfect 10 on the PRESETT Risk Management Assessment, but results may vary, and depend on many factors. RCD courses, tutorials, downloads, freebies and other information, materials and resources strive to portray ideal school theatre operations. Effort has been made to accurately represent RCD’s programs and the educational value they provide. RCD does not make any guarantees about the results of taking any action, whether recommended or not. RCD provides educational and informational resources that are intended to help users succeed in their theatre operations. RCD does not promise, guarantee, or imply expectation of any level of success, and content is provided without any express or implied warranties.
Your results will be determined by a number of factors over which RCD has no control. Ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of RCD. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. The results obtained by others – whether clients or customers of the Company or otherwise – applying the RCD principles are no guarantee that you or any other person or entity will be able to obtain similar results.
RCD makes no warranties regarding performance or operation. RCD further makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the information, contents, materials, documents, programs, books, or services provided by or obtained from RCD. To the fullest extent permissible under the law, RCD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
