LIGHTING DESIGN SERVICES
 Services customized to your needs for a theatre that does not provide a Lighting Designer. 

Can include, but is not limited to: 
  • Attend a Production Meeting with your choreographers at your studio.
  • Create a lighting rider for your production.
  • Site visit to the theatre to assess their lighting system set up.
  • Observe rehearsals in your studio to make lighting notes with choreographers.
  • Communicate with theatre staff regarding lighting needs.
  • Work with the theatre technicians to hang any specials, gobos, etc, specific to your show.
  • In a theatre with no rep plot: design, hang and focus lights with theatre technicians.
  • Work with the theatre technicians to set light cues during tech rehearsal.
  • Attend performance, trouble shoot as necessary.
  • Post-production meeting with your staff at your studio.
 
EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Services customized to your needs for show management at a theatre that provides technical staff. 

Can include, but is not limited to: 
  • Represent your dance company at your rented venue.
  • Coordinate your vision with the theatre’s staff.
  • Communicate with the theatre to find out their requirements and available equipment.
  • Site visit to the theatre.
  • Attend a Production Meeting with your staff and choreographers.
  • Create a rider for your production.
  • Coordinate the theatre’s lighting, sound and stage technical crew.
  • Run the tech rehearsals, leaving you free to focus on your dancers.
  • Post-production meeting with your staff at your studio.
