Elizabeth Rand
Executive Director (Denver/Boulder, CO) Operations, Sponsor Relations, School Relations, Administration Beth began her technical theatre career at her own high school theatre and has been working in school theatres ever since. Beth worked as a High School Theatre Manager for 7 years, and prior to that as a High School Theatre Resident Lighting Designer for 5 years, and is now a freelance Lighting Designer and Operations Coach for High School Theatres in Denver, CO. Beth has received nominations for 4 high school lighting design awards at the 5th Avenue Awards; Seussical, Joseph, Footloose and The Boy Friend, and the Rookie Event of the Year award for lighting and stage management of the Hope with a Heart ice skating show. Beth's lighting designs have been described as "eye candy". Beth's credentials include BA Stage Lighting, MS Entertainment Business Management, and CTE Technical Theatre Teaching Certificate. Cordelia Hollingsworth
Outreach Director (Seattle) Outreach, Fundraising, Marketing, Communications, Development Cory has over a decade of experience in high school technical theatre, first as a student and now as a Lighting Designer. Her favorite shows are vibrant and colorful ones – A Midsummer Night's Dream and Little Mermaid. Cory won Best Thespian for Lighting Design at the 5th Avenue Awards when she was a high school student herself. Because of her extensive experience working with high school performing arts centers, she also enjoys teaching teenagers the ropes of stage lighting. Cory graduated Vancouver Film School in Film Production, and has had experience in the film industry, including gigs as a special effects assistant for Cabin in the Woods and as a stunt woman for Percy Jackson: The Lightning Thief and several other movies. When not working in theatre and film Cory is a nationally renown competitive Parkour athlete and coach, American Ninja Warrior competitor, and a mobility and nutrition coach.
